51 State Street, 2nd Floor The North Shore Housing Trust, Inc. (the
Trust) is a non-profit corporation formed in 2001 as the outgrowth
of the North Shore Affordable Housing Task Force organized by Wellspring
House, Inc. The Trust's primary focus is developing innovative programs
and policies that preserve and create housing that is affordable
to low- and moderate-income families throughout the North Shore
of Massachusetts . These programs and policies range from Smart
Growth strategies to workforce housing, inclusionary zoning, to
providing technical assistance and community education. To ensure
community accountability, partnerships and collaboration, the Trust
is a membership organization whose members represent the non-profit,
government and private sectors. |
